Symptom narrative

Mother states patient was taken to the ER and was advised normal response to vaccine. Mother states swelling and redness improved. Atticus denies any pain with site palpated. Advised no signs of bacterial infection or allergic reaction. Fever resolved today according to mother. Advised mother swelling and tenderness for a few days with a low grade fever is common after vaccines. RTC for purulent drainage, warmth or induration.
