Bexsero instead of Men ACWY; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 11-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 77KA5, expiry date 30-NOV-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included meningococcal vaccine a/c/y/w (Men Acwy) for prophylaxis. On 04-MAY-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero. The patient did not receive Men Acwy. On 04-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: Bexsero instead of Men ACWY).
