Administration of an expired Menveo vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AMVB064A, expiry date 31-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. This case was associated with a product complaint. On 07-MAY-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo. On 07-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Administration of an expired Menveo vaccine). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-MAY-2026 The reporter stated that they received a box with the same lot number but two different expiration dates. The vaccine was administered on o7-May-2026 to one patient. The reporter stated It was administered today, that is why they wanted to know if there was any viability. The LPN provided the expiration dates of the vials and the box. The expiration date on the box is 31-Dec-2025, the orange vial cap was 31-DEC-2025, and the gray vial cap was 31-DEC-2026.
