Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Missed dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 68-year-old male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received in 2021 or 2022 in left arm). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Missed dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-MAY-2026 The consumer reported that her husband received his Shingrix vaccine first dose in December 2021 or 2022. She did not remember the exact date. She stated that he never received his second dose. She stated that he received it on his left arm. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
