sore arm; fatigue; mild fever; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm), FATIGUE (fatigue) and PYREXIA (mild fever) in an elderly female patient who received mRNA-1273 BIVALENT .222 (MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE, BIVALENT (ORIGINAL AND OMICRON BA.4/BA.5)) (batch no. 027E22A) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included Surgery (for stage 3 aggressive melanoma) on 02-Feb-2021. Concurrent medical conditions included Malignant melanoma stage III (which involved 40 staples from the top of her head down to her left ear) since 02-Feb-2021 and Lymphedema (lymph node biopsies due to hot lymph nodes. This led to lymphedema, which was managed with lymphatic drainage therapy). On 17-Oct-2022, the patient received fifth dose of mRNA-1273 BIVALENT .222 (MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE, BIVALENT (ORIGINAL AND OMICRON BA.4/BA.5)) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm), FATIGUE (fatigue) and PYREXIA (mild fever). At the time of the report, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm), FATIGUE (fatigue) and PYREXIA (mild fever) outcome was unknown. No concomitant medication was reported.
