Symptom narrative

RN administered the high dose flu vaccine instead of the reg dose flu vaccine, in the child's right thigh. The RN explained to the parents, who were present, the mistake that the dose was high dose instead of reg flu dose. Parents demonstrated verbal understanding of the mistake. Supervisor made aware of issue.
