Symptom narrative

No additional AE/No; Pharmacist reported that a patient received her 2nd dose of GARDASIL9 approximately six months after the first dose. The first dose was given on 09/19/2025, and the second dose was administered on 3/6/2026. Permission to contact was given. No additio; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 19-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), dose number 1, 0.5 mL (0.5 ml), (anatomical location, administration route, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis. On 06-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), dose number 2, 0.5 mL (0.5 ml), (anatomical location, administration route, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis. The reporting pharmacist stated that the patient received her 2nd dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), approximately six months after the first dose. No additional adverse events were reported.
