Symptom narrative

Only the Meningococcal B portion of the Penmenvy combination vaccine may have been given instead of both Men B and Menveo portions of the combination. An extra dose of Menveo was found in the box. There were two patients that received doses out of the box of 10, but we can't say for sure which patient received the full dose.

Current illness

Post-nasal drainage, expiratory wheezing
