Administered only Bexsero portion and did not give patient Menveo; Administered only Bexsero portion and did not give patient Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a non-health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 499J9, expiry date 08-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 04-MAY-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Penmenvy (right deltoid). On 04-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy and an unknown time after starting Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Administered only Bexsero portion and did not give patient Menveo) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Administered only Bexsero portion and did not give patient Menveo). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
