Symptom narrative

About 11 hours after being vaccinated patient had subjective fever, vomiting, headache. He developed midsternal chest pain after having 3 episodes of vomiting. Was seen in clinic the following day 5/14/26 was already feeling better, EKG was normal. Vitals were normal. patient was recommended treatment with Motrin or Tylenol p.r.n. headache or fever, and omeprazole or tums for esophageal pain. Mother reported on 5/15 by phone that he was back to his normal self.
