Intense bruising on injection site; Brain fog; Lethargic; This Spontaneous report was received from a 26-year-old Female patient reporting on herself. No information was provided regarding the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medication. On an unknown date, patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot number and expiration date were not reported). On an unknown date, the patient experienced intense bruising on injection site, lethargic, brain fog brain fog. The outcome of the events was not provided. Causality assessment between the events and Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) was not provided. Lot # is being requested and will be submitted if received.
