"pain and swelling at the injection site; "pain and swelling at the injection site; This Spontaneous report was received from a physician via company representative and refers to a Male patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated on the pharmacy with a dose of pneumococcal 21-valent conjugate vaccine solution for injection (CAPEXIVE) intramuscularly for treatment of Pneumococcal vaccination (strength, specific dosage, dose number, anatomical site of application, lot number and expiration date were not provided). On an unknown date, the patient experienced pain and swelling at the injection site (Vaccination site pain and vaccination site swelling). The Outcome of the events were not provided.
