Symptom narrative

Patient had severe pain at the time of injection. Patient's pain was not relieved and she was not able to raise her arm above her head. She saw her doctor about it 2 months later. Doctor told the patient that there is a leak in the bursa of her shoulder. Patient has been going to Physical Therapy. She is still experiencing pain and is set to have an MRI for further diagnosis.
