Symptom narrative

Patient came to my window today and told us that her arm was swelling as size of baseball the day after the RSV VACCINE ( WHICH IS 4/22/26) and today is 5/17/26. Pt said its almost a month and its still bad. Pt said pts swelling and itching. Today, I look at her arm, no more swelling but the size of rash is bigger than finger tip, dry , scalping and there are some dead skin black spot on the side of the rash. Patient said that she spoke to a pharmacist when her arm just started swelling up but the pharmacist said its healling. Today, I told patient to go to doctor, I will let the manager know and I will fill out VAERS REPORT to let the company know/. Pt is ok, not upsetting
