Symptom narrative

Patient's deltoid was hot to the touch at the injection site and she had developed a knot on her anterior left shoulder near the intersection of the bicep tendon and the clavicle. This knot was noticeably larger than the same area on the right shoulder. The patient is treating the pain by alternating tylenol and ibuprofen and icing the shoulder. She will follow up with her doctor this week.
