Days of hives, full body large starting on 5/6/26, seen in clinic 5/7/26. Vaccine 4/22/26. Sister had immediate hive, swell reaction to HPV vaccine.

Current illness

Vomit once at track 1-1.5 weeks before hives. Not otherwise sick.
