Symptom narrative

No symptoms were reported; received her first dose of GARDASIL9 on 3/17/2026. She received her 2nd dose on 5/15/2026 which was a couple days earlier than 2 months mark.; This spontaneous report was received from an Other health professional (Medical Assistant) and refers to a 27-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 17-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), Suspension for injection, dose number 1 (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis. On 15-May-2026, the patient as vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) Suspension for injection (valid lot #Z011258, expiration date: 07-Aug-2027), dose number 2, 0.5 mL administered for prophylaxis. It was reported that the second dose was administered a couple days earlier than 2 months mark (inappropriate schedule of product administration). No symptoms were reported (no adverse event).
