Symptom narrative

Longer than recommended interval; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 73-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 01-DEC-2019). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Longer than recommended interval). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-MAY-2026 Pharmacist called to request data about the administration of the second dose of Shingrix after a 73-year-old female with patient received the first dose in 2019, when they were 66 years of age. No data on dose was available.
