Symptom narrative

After flu vaccine administration, I sat in the Pharmacy waiting area for about 15 minutes. After the 20 minutes post injection time had passed, I was driving home and began to experience lightheadedness, dizziness, and a rapid heart rate that persisted for about 40-45 minutes. I got home safely and had to call the ambulance to take me to the Emergency Department. My smart watch said that my heart rate was between 140-150 BPM. I received IV fluids while in the ER and had to be monitored for about four hours before being discharged home safely.
