In December 2022 I had a routine eye check up and they couldn't see the nerves in my eyes and I told them my vision would black out, so they told me to go to the ER right away. I went to the ER and they did blood work and scans. They found that spinal fluid built up around my brain and in my eyes. They had to do a spinal tap to release some of the fluid. A couple days later I went to a Neuro Ortho and from the scans she saw damage in a vain in my brain from a blood clot. I had lost majority of my vision in one eye and losing it in the other. I was put on Acetazolamide and saw that doctor every three months to do tests and see if I was regaining vision. I started to regain my vision back and continued my follow ups. I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Intercrainal Hypertension. I moved in Feb 2024. In 2025 I stopped having a menstrual cycle, started having hot flashes, losing hair, night sweats, major mood swings, gaining 40lbs in a couple months. I went to an OBGYN got blood work done and was diagnosed with POI (Primary Ovarian Insufficiency). Since I have been on hormones, was diagnosed with Osteopenia, have a blood clot disease, I am not able to have children and have menopausal symptoms and I am only 35 years old.
