Flu-like symptoms; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of INFLUENZA LIKE ILLNESS (Flu-like symptoms) in a 50-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Sildenafil citrate (Viagra) for an unknown indication. In 2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced INFLUENZA LIKE ILLNESS (Flu-like symptoms). At the time of the report, INFLUENZA LIKE ILLNESS (Flu-like symptoms) had resolved. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Unknown) was unknown. At the time of the report, the patient's age was reported as 54 years old. The patient was very healthy and was not on any medications except for occasionally taking Viagra (started prior to taking a Covid vaccine) and was in good physical shape. The patient was really in great physical shape for 54. The patient went to the gym all the time, went running, and worked a full-time job. The patient usually gets one every year, and the first one was Moderna when it first came out. Treatment medication use information was not provided by reporter.
