Symptom narrative

She was already having left flank pain with suspected recurrent kidney stone. The following day and left arm pain at injection site, mild site warmth, low grade fever, generalized myalgias and malaise. Symptoms persisted through day 3 and the fever became worse. She went to Hospital ER and had testing. CT scan Abd did NOT show retained stone but presumed that it had recently passed and her pain did subside later that day. CBC with white count 12.4, MCV 95.1, Neutrophils 79.6% and lymphocytes 11.9%. urinalysis with small amt of blood. CMP blood glucose 138. Day 4 developed numerous mouth ulcers with pain and difficulty eating. Day 6 (today) arm pain injection site much better, NO fever. Persistent mouth ulcers. Malaise better, myalgias better.

Current illness

Fever, Left flank pain possible recurrent kidney stone that she ended up seeking ER visit for on 5-15-26

Medical history

Hypertension, Mixed hyperlipidemia, Type 2 DM, GERD, Recurrent kidney stones, Urinary incontinence, Generalized Osteoarthritis

Other medications

buspirone, carvedilol, ketorolac, metformin, mounjaro injection, omeprazole, oxybutynin, rosuvastatin, tamsulosin, tramadol, magnesium supplement.
