death; Lost his leg; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of death in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced death (Verbatim: death) (serious criteria death and GSK medically significant) and leg amputation (Verbatim: Lost his leg). The outcome of the leg amputation was not reported. The reported cause of death was unknown. The reporter considered the death and leg amputation to be related to Shingrix. The company considered the death to be unrelated to Shingrix. The company considered the leg amputation to be related to Shingrix. The reporter's son got the shot and lost his leg after and two months later he lost his life. The reporter stated that big Pharmaceutical did not care about side effects. He advised looking at damage the jab had done and think twice.
