It was reported that the patient was a victim of Pfizer and Moderna vaccine. The patient had been diagnosed with heart defects, myocardial, TIA and continuously, ongoing medical cover ups by many physicians. On 23Jun2021, as reported health was declining and was dealing with ongoing neurological and cognitive dysfunction, the same doctor pressured to the patient by joining with two other clinicians. They had no good intentions for patient's safety for knowing that blood test results, the vaccine to a mini stroke on 24Jun2021. The ER Physician at hospital only reported minimal symptoms to go against a Transient ischemic attack and heart defects. The patient was wrongfully cleared up to go back to work after reporting many symptoms of mini stroke. Since it was mandated for Employees to take the Moderna vaccine that nearly killed the patient on 24Jun2021 and cleared for work in condition. For years blood test indicated high level of proteins in blood and was diagnosed with proteinuria, myocardial, and many heart defects. On 24Jun2021, the patient presented in emergency department of the Hospital with myalgias after COVID vaccine. Nevertheless, it did not appear to be ischemic, and resolution of symptoms with exertion yesterday (23Jun2021) also suggested against ischemia. As per the chart review, was being worked up for pheochromocytoma, though BP right now was not significantly elevated (patient stated had not taken BP medicines yet today). Counselled to follow up with primary care doctor and took Tylenol PRN. The patient was discharged from the hospital on the same day (24Jun2021). The patient had received the treatment medications, Gabapentin Enacarbil, ER 300mg, tablet CR, 1 capsule, by mouth at night, Meloxicam (Mobic) 15 mg tablet, 1 tablet by mouth, Pantoprazole (Protonix) 40 mg 1 tablet by mouth before dinner every day, Rimegepant Sulfate (Nurtec) 75 mg tablet, dispersible, 1 tablet by mouth daily as needed, Magnesium Glycinate 665 mg, orally.
