Symptom narrative

The patient started losing color on his face after receiving vaccination - pt passed out for a few seconds then started shaking the time, and then he passed out the 2nd time and threw up afterwards. He started coming back and regained color on his face. We called for EMS to come look at patient and stayed with him until EMS came.
