Patient received vaccines on 05/16/2026 at the location, and called on 05/18/26 reporting bruising, redness around the injection site, and itchy skin. She reported that her bruising started Saturday night 05/16/2026. Pt got her 3 vaccines (HPV, Covid and tdap) on her L arm. After Saturday, she started getting redness on the arm with tiny bump and itching in the injection spot. Per provider, as long as pt does not have chest pain, SOB or rash on the injection site, then there is nothing to worry about. Provider recommends that the pt does not touch or itch the area. She also recommend to monitor her symptoms. If it gets worst or the symptoms are still there in a 1 week or over, pt needs a f/u appt. Pt also stated that if it gets worst, she also will go to ED asap. Per provider also wanted to know if pt requested to have all three vaccines in one arm. Per pt stated that she requested it to be all in one arm and that it should be okay to get all of these vaccines in one arm. Also informed pt that we will give her a call in 1 week to check up on her to see if she is doing well or if symptoms are gone
