The patient was admitted 5/1/2026 requiring intubation and invasive ventilatory support. She did have positive blood culture at that time for Staph capitus. Discharged on 5/11/2026 back to Nursing Home that administered the initial vaccine on 4/30/2026. She was readmitted today on May 18th with severe new hypercalcemia and bradycardia with HR of 37-41 in sinus bradycardia and worsening acute hypercarbic respiratory failure with encephalopathy.
