Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

received first dose in DEC-2025; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (1st dose received on 06-DEC-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received first dose in DEC-2025). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-MAY-2026 On 12-MAY-2026, a pharmacist stated they have a patient with the first dose of HepA/HepB administered on 06-DEC-2025 at a different facility. The pharmacist could not confirm if the first dose was a GSK vaccine as the information was only available by patient record. The pharmacist refused to provide any patient details or any further information.
