She had an outbreak of Shingles; has not received her second dose of Shingrix; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of shingles in a 57-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 26-JAN-2022, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, 1 year after receiving Shingrix and not applicable after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: She had an outbreak of Shingles) and incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: has not received her second dose of Shingrix).
