Symptom narrative

She had an outbreak of Shingles; has not received her second dose of Shingrix; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of shingles in a 57-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 26-JAN-2022, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, 1 year after receiving Shingrix and not applicable after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: She had an outbreak of Shingles) and incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: has not received her second dose of Shingrix). The outcome of the shingles was unknown and the outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:11-MAY-2026 The reporter stated that she received confusing answers from healthcare professional to her questions regarding how to proceed with next dose or revaccination of the series.
