Symptom narrative

patient received the first Shingrix shot in June of 2025 and received the second shot yesterday; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 9c75y, expiry date 02-MAY-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in JUN-2025). On 11-MAY-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 11-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: patient received the first Shingrix shot in June of 2025 and received the second shot yesterday). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
