Symptom narrative

The patient had noticed redness on her arm the day after vaccination below the deltoid, above the elbow and was concerned that the vaccination was administered too low. She had no additional adverse events or symptoms at this time. Her vaccine was on 5/15/26 and she came in on 5/16/26 came in 5/18/26 to show pharmacist the arm and confirm if the vaccine was administered in a proper area and showed where the redness was
