Symptom narrative

The reason why I am writing this is because I think I have long covid. I am testing negative on my covid test, but I had all the symptoms of covid, myocarditis, shortness of breath and sudden fatigue from long covid. I am resting from work, and staying at home to try to recover and to take my life easier due to fatigue and shortness of breath. I have been doing research on the topic myself, and I notice something. when I pinch my subcutaneous skin my shortness of breath goes away. I can pinch anywhere on my body where there is subcutaneous skin, such as my inner thigh, my neck, my stomach, or even my arm, and it relieves the breathlessness, temporarily at least. It seems like a strange phenomenon and I was wondering if there is any more knowledge about this? And if not, I decided to email the FDA to contribute this insight. Thank you.
