Symptom narrative

Patient stated that her arm soreness has only been getting worse. It started the day after the vaccine and the pain has been getting increasingly worse which is not usual for her after vaccines. Her range of motion has also been hindered. Patient has tried Tylenol with no improvement. I advised her that if OTC items have not had any relief she may need to see her primary care provider. Patient has not seen the prescriber yet.
