suspected vaccination failure; shingles; scars going down my right leg; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of vaccination failure in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis and Varicella zoster vaccine for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine, the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine and Varicella zoster vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine and Shingles vaccine and an unknown time after receiving Varicella zoster vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), shingles (Verbatim: shingles) and scar (Verbatim: scars going down my right leg). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles was resolved with sequelae and the outcome of the scar was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the vaccination failure, shingles and scar to be related to Shingles vaccine and Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-MAY-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient had both shingles shots. At first, she got the single shot and a few years later got the two shots that they take a few months apart. She still got shingles and now she had scars going down the right leg every spot that the shingles were. That's been two years ago. Her husband did not get the shot and got the shingles on his back and part of his stomach. The sores went away but it's been almost 3 years later, and he was still dealing with the pain and itching sensations. It had really affected his health tremendously. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding time to onset for shingles and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.; Sender's Comments: A case of Vaccination failure, on an unknown time after vaccination with 1st and 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine, in a female patient.
