Symptom narrative

Red splotchy and swollen rash over entire body including trunk, extremities and face. Got better with Prednisolone on 5/18/28 but got much worse the evening of 5/18 with rash causing swelling around eyes and spreading. Pt seen in office on 5/18 and rechecked on 5/19/26. On 5/19 rash was described as serpiginous rash total body. Plan was to continue antihistamine and steroid but will taper. Discussed signs of worsening and plan.
