A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), in 2022 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN, SINGLE), administration date: 2021, for Covid-19 Immunization, reaction(s): "feels like someone has punched me in the arm". The following information was reported: PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "feels like someone has punched me in the arm". Additional information: The patient reported that they had received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine in 2021/2022. Following vaccination, the patient experienced intermittent pain at the injection site in the arm, described as feeling like someone had punched the arm hard. The pain reportedly occurred at least three times a week, lasted for approximately one hour, and had started only after receiving the vaccine. The patient also stated that they would be reporting the event to the government and were providing this communication for notification purposes.
