I got COVID; I got COVID; migraines; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP, Program ID. A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "headache" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (1st dose, manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), all with latency 6 weeks after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "unknown" and all described as "I got COVID"; MIGRAINE (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "migraines". The events "i got covid" and "migraines" required physician office visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of migraine. Clinical course: patient got headaches from the second COVID vaccination. 6 weeks later, patient got COVID which turned her new headaches into migraines. Patient now gets about 240 migraines per year. Patient never had a migraine until COVID. GP sent the patient to a neurologist and to a migraine specialist. 7 medications later, nothing, no relief.
