Cleft Mitral valve w/ moderate regurgitation, history of swallow dysfunction, followed by ACH pulmonary for chronic lung disease and OSA

Clobetasol Propionate, Ketoconazole 2% shampoo, Ozempic 2mg/dose 8mg/3ml solution pen injector Take Subcutaneous Weekly, Metformin, Depo- provera 150mg/ml 1ml intramuscular Q12weeks
