Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Additional Details: Paramedics well called to the scene. As per paramedics it didnt seen like an allergic reaction. Patient's Zepbound was recently increased, as per paramedic, patient might have been dehydrated. Fluids given and she was taken to the hospital for follow.
