Symptom narrative

Systemic: Diarrhea-Severe, Additional Details: patient says night of receiving vaccine that he experienced severe diarrhea. It was so bad he messed up his bed and floors. While trying to get to restroom he slipped/fell and hurt his elbow/arm. He had to have some skin removed and now cant fully straighten his arm.
