Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Severe, Additional Details: patient had brachial neuritis, given gabapentin, done a nerve condution study and now resolved after 7 months
