Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Mild, Systemic: left shoulder pain and pain at injection site-Mild, Systemic: Joint Pain-Mild, Additional Details: Pt stopped by the pharmacy and complained his left arm still hurts after receiving flu vaccine back in 12/11/2025. Pt said described shoulder pain and pain at the injection site. I advised pt to go see a physician for assessment and I will report vaccine adverse event
