Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Seizure-Severe, Additional Details: patient answered questionaire all no checked besides yes she has seizures. she singed and consented to receiving the vaccine. a few minutes after receiving the vaccine she reported feeling "off". she was laid on her back and her family member came in the room to try and help. she began seizing and pharmacy called 911. emt said do not give her any food/drink and they were on their way. emt arrived and took her away. she was then concious.
