Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had large area of swelling and redness that centered around the injection site and spread throughout her arm. She saw her PCP on 5/4/26 and was prescribed keflex in case of cellulitis. follow-up sonography scheduled for 5/5 to rule out blood clot. I examined area on 5/4/26 when patient came to pick-up rx for keflex, I observed localized bruising, possible hematoma
