Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Injection site red-difuse and swollen approximately 3 inches across. Painful for patient to move arm. Instructed to take antihistamine, cool compress, move arm and massage area. Spoke to patient first on Friday-follow up today and arm is improving.
