Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Shakiness-Medium, Additional Details: Pt stated hx of dizziness or fainting with prior vaccine. Pt was instructed to remain seated in vaccine area for 10-15 minutes after vaccine administration for monitoring.
