Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient presented to the pharmacy 2 days after receiving covid vaccine. Injection site was well below the deltoid muscle (more than halfway down towards the elbow). She experienced discomfort, pain and tingling at the injection site initially and kept rubbing the site. 2 days after the injection the site was inflammed, red and painful. Recommended patient go to urgent care and they prescribed an antibiotic
