Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Hypotension-Severe, Systemic: Shakiness-Medium, Systemic: Tachycardia-Medium, Additional Details: Patient got woozy and fell walking away from register. She hit her head on the floor. Had low BP and high HR but did not lose consciousness. Reclined patient on floor with feet elevated. Monitored BP and HR until she felt well. Sat up and continued to monitor. BP and HR normal upon departure. Husband was in attendance, had same vaccines, and walked her out.
