Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Severe, Systemic: bullous rash spread across body-Severe, Additional Details: Pt reported after receiving vaccine on 4/13/2026 he started developing bullous rash on different area of the body. He had to go to the emergency room where he was given steroids. The rash turned into open wounds.
