Has Not Received Second Dose; Initial report received on 12-May-2026. A pharmacist reported that a 61-year-old male (race and ethnicity not reported) received the first dose of HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization but has not received the second dose yet. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On 26-Aug-2025, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot number, expiration date, NDC #, route, and site not reported). As of the date of report, 229 days after receiving dose 1 of HEPLISAV-B, the patient has not received the second dose yet. No other information was reported.
